Bulk Title Example, 2Brooke asked:
How do I mentally prepare myself for my ex of 4 years to start dating someone new?
We just broke up 3 weeks ago. I dont think hes planning on dating anyone else. I think we’re still trying to work on things or at least being just friends. but just in case, how do i prepare myself in case he does start seeing someone new? I know my heart will just drop once that happens

Got something to say?

The easiest way is to drop all lines of communication until you are settled with yourself. You’ll never “get over” him if you continue to see him or talk to him. If you are working things out, than you have nothing to worry about, but if it’s not headed in that direction, bail now or you run the risk of heartache in the future.
I agree with Mr.Honesty, but want to add something.
As well as dropping all communication and trying to avoid this person and their lifestyle, I suggest you going out more, hanging with friends, etc.
Perhaps you can find yourself someone new as well, and realize what you have been missing out on.
Its going to be hard, its only been 3 weeks since ya’ll broke up. Think of it this way.. it took 4 years to get where you got with your ex, its going to take a while to heal your heart and get on with life.
