As well as dropping all communication and trying to avoid this person and their lifestyle, I suggest you going out more, hanging with friends, etc.
Perhaps you can find yourself someone new as well, and realize what you have been missing out on. 
Its going to be hard, its only been 3 weeks since ya&#039;ll broke up. Think of it this way.. it took 4 years to get where you got with your ex, its going to take a while to heal your heart and get on with life.</description>

If you are working things out, than you have nothing to worry about, but if it&#039;s not headed in that direction, bail now or you run the risk of heartache in the future.</description>
